Access to Information (PAIA)
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information, subject to the requirements and limitations contained in the Act.
AMB Advisory (Pty) Ltd has prepared a PAIA Manual describing the records it holds and the process for requesting access to records.
Requesting access to a record
- Complete the prescribed PAIA Form 2.
- Provide sufficient detail to identify the requested record.
- Explain the right you wish to exercise or protect and why the record is required for that right, where required for a request to a private body.
- Provide proof of identity and authority where applicable.
- Send the completed request to AMB Advisory.

Prescribed fees may apply. AMB Advisory will advise you where a fee is payable in accordance with the applicable PAIA requirements.
